One of the real estate agents at this company, Kevin Tourneur, who lives in a lavish 5,000 square foot home worth over one million dollars, sold me a used BUNN Commercial coffee maker for $75.00 and the ad indicated it was used a couple of times. Immediately after purchasing, it would not work and found out it was over 18 years old according to the BUNN customer support. I tried to contact Mr. Tourneur many times but he doesn’t return my call. THIS MAN IS NOT A TRUSTED ADVISOR when he can’t even settle a $75.00 transaction, how do you expect to trust him with a purchase of your real estate. The sad part is I was purchasing it to donate to a local high school’s concession stand and now I am out $75.00 and the school doesn’t have a coffee maker. I guess settling the $75.00 wasn’t worth not getting a bad review.
