I checked out the website the other night and found a few arrangements that, I thought, my girlfriend may like. I called the following day, in the early afternoon, to place an order. The woman who answered the phone did not need to reference any catalog or website to recognize the arrangements I in which i was interested. She knew all the color patterns and flower species from memory and it was clear she was an expert florist after only a short talk. She agreed to modify a particular arrangement to my liking. The arrangement I ordered arrived looking HUGE! Tall, elegant, colorful and exactly what I wanted my girlfriend to receive. Do not be swayed by the cost, this place is worth every penny.

Terrible customer service-I was simply stating my information and the guy I was speaking to (could have been the owner) was in a sour , bitter mood the whole time. I was treated like I was "childish" for not remembering the name of the bouquet and that's how it started... Like 'are you kidding me? You don't remember the name of it?' The reason why I called is because the online system prompted me to automatically order a gift card and a box of chocolates for an extra $20. The guy proceeded to hang up on me after I tried to figure out when the flowers could be ordered by. I called back because we went through a full order and I was going to place the order despite the difficulties, but he didn't answer my call backback and I decided to leave a message A lady called me back, was going to take my order, and then she iterated "I need your information." Oh boy, here we go again. We start the conversation by having her request my name.So I begin to give her my information, and off the bat she asks me to repeat my name (after leaving it on the answering machine, after she had already said it to initiate the phone conversation) and I finally erupted by saying under my breath "oh my god." She proceeded to get upset and irrational and says to me "we don't do business with people like you, take your business elsewhere. Wow. Two bad experiences in one.

I ordered two arrangements at once that required same day delivery, and they were amazing. Bob called the office shortly after placing the order online to say hello, and let me know that one arrangement wouldn't be identical to the photo but comparable. it turned out looking better than the photo. My company has ordered from them twice in one week and are very pleased with their products. We will use Tiffany Florists for all our flower needs!!

Don't go to this place, they provide poor customer service.

I received the most beautiful arrangement so I simply had to inquire where it came from. Thank you for brightening up my sorrow day
