I had a meeting with the manager Melody, 5 days ago, to get a quote on flowers for my wedding. After making me wait for twenty minutes looking at books (because an employee was running late), we finally sat down for an hour and discussed everything. She told me that I would be emailed the cost the next day. I never got it and so i called the store. Come to find out, she had the day off. So I was never going to get it. Ok.... now 2 phone calls later, still no response. There is no way that I'm using them. Go to affordable flowers on woodward instead. They saw me without an appointment and I got my quote before I left the store! They were also extremely accommodating and actually affordable. Moral of my story... don't go to thrifty!
I was looking for poinsettia's after New Year and thought all was lost until I went to Thrifty Florist in Birmingham. Not only did I find beautiful poinsettia's, they were Free! What a wonderful surprise and delight!! The staff was helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend and I will be back
Worked with Irene for arrangements for our wedding dinner. She is spectacular! The arrangements were absolutely beautiful and far exceeded our expectations!! Cannot say enough good things!
Came to this location at 7:57 to bring a plant that they told us to drop off so they could re pot for us. They saw us pull in the parking lot, one of the employees ran up to the door and locked it as we are walking up to it. Did not give the courtesy of telling us they were closing in a few minutes. We tried knocking on the door but they wouldn't even look our way.
I asked a question regarding bridal bouquet and the answer was 'I'm busy now'. Without even looking at me. Thank you. Never coming back
