My wife and I found a desk we liked but it had some gaps throughout the top. I asked the sales Lady, who was very nice, if there was any way to come down on the price a bit considering the condition. She said that we would have to ask the Manager or Assistant Manager. She had Alex the assistant manager come over and when I pointed out the flaws in the piece and asked him if he could give me a discount, his comment was "then this isn't the piece for you" My comment was "Maybe this isn't the store for me!" We walked out. I have worked retail for 34 years and that certainly isn't the proper thing to say to a customer. Won't shop there ever!
