The Best Car Wash Chain in the Metro-Detroit area
Very poor service, just did a full service which is their most expensive one in the auto wash but honesty if I went for the cheapest it would have been the same quality.. they don't care about any detail as you can see from the rim pictures, they should have rinsed them to make sure it is clean but just driving half a mile the car is covered with he residues of the wheels sort!
Paid $20 for an interior exterior wash and the interior windows and upholstery along with the carpet was not done well at all. Not a good investment... 1st experience with Jax. Would not recommend.

I am a Jax Club unlimited member and use all of uour locations. The service and customer experience is awesome. The staff do a great job and are great at customer service.
The staff could not have been any more friendly or professional, from the greeters in the booth, to the ones who vacuumed the interior, the delightful lady at the desk, and the guys who did such a fantastic job cleaning the interior. I have an English bulldog that sheds like crazy, and they did an amazing job getting all his hair out of my car. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!
