Excellent Service - Courteous and helpful Bank Manager and Administrative Assistants.
Worst customer service! I've had to deal with this branch on 4 separate occasions and dealt with 4 different people. 3 out of the 4 are the least friendly people you'll ever meet. I'm in the process of switching banks because of the service here, but in the meantime I'll stick with the Troy Branch.
